Peanut Butter, Banana and Coffee Smoothie

This is the ideal breakfast for those days you need an extra boost of energy! This flavor combination is heaven! Peanut Butter, cacao and banana brings me back to my childhood. 

 

1 banana, sliced and frozen

2 Tbsp soluble organic coffee

1 Tbsp chia seeds

2 Tbsp of Lasto Foods peanut butter 

1 cup almond milk unsweetened

1 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

6 ice cubes

 

Blend everything on high until reaching the desired consistency. Add more almond milk or water as needed.
