1/2 tsp blue spirulina
2/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup plant-based yogurt
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
Stevia or honey to taste
To make the blue chia pudding: mix the chia seeds, spirulina and almond milk. Let it sit on the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
To assemble the parfait: Place the chia pudding in a glass or container followed by a layer of yogurt. Top with strawberries, almond butter and honey or stevia (optional)
