PALEO DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

2 3/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup ghee
3/4 cup coconut sugar (use erythritol if keto)
1/2 cup dark choc chips or chunks
1 egg
.
Mix everything in a bowl until a dough forms. Form dough into balls, place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes or until top is slightly crunchy. Do not overbake!
