They are the perfect snack for your afternoon sweet craving. Having healthy treats on hand is one of the best strategies you can have to mantain your health and anxiety under control. This balls in particular are perfectly balanced from a macronutrient perspective. They have healthy carbs, fats and protein!
Makes 10 balls
1 cup lasto foods peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup puffed quinoa or amaranth
1/2 cup almond flour
Mix everything in a bowl. Make balls with your hands. Refrigerate and enjoy!
