Mango Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is one of the most luxurious, rich and delicious food you can ever have. Plus it is really one of the easiest recipes you will ever make. I love it as a snack, breakfast or even dessert. This recipe pairs so well with our coconut almond butter giving it that distinctive taste that will make it special. 

Ingredients: 

1/3 cup Chia Seeds

(1) 14-ounce can Coconut Milk

Stevia, to taste

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

1/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1 Mango diced

1 Tbsp Coconut Almond Butter Lasto Foods

1 Tbsp Coconut Chips, Unsweetened

Instructions
  1. Place chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. Whisk chia seeds, coconut milk, stevia, vanilla, sea salt, and coconut flakes together in a bowl, Stir well.
  3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Once the chia seeds have been hydrated, stir and top with fresh mango, almond butter and coconut chips.
