Chia pudding is one of the most luxurious, rich and delicious food you can ever have. Plus it is really one of the easiest recipes you will ever make. I love it as a snack, breakfast or even dessert. This recipe pairs so well with our coconut almond butter giving it that distinctive taste that will make it special.
1/3 cup Chia Seeds
(1) 14-ounce can Coconut Milk
Stevia, to taste
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Mango diced
1 Tbsp Coconut Almond Butter Lasto Foods
1 Tbsp Coconut Chips, Unsweetened
Place chia seeds in a bowl.
Whisk chia seeds, coconut milk, stevia, vanilla, sea salt, and coconut flakes together in a bowl, Stir well.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Once the chia seeds have been hydrated, stir and top with fresh mango, almond butter and coconut chips.
