Peanut Butter Chocolate Layer Raw Cheescake

Chocolate and Peanut Butter is a match made in heaven... especially when you use Lasto Foods Peanut Butter... If I had to describe this dessert in just one word it would be DECADENT... Oh my goodness this is good stuff! Although I have to be completely honest here; it is a bit time consuming since you have to freeze & wait a couple of times to get the nice looking layers.... But I will tell you this: IT IS TOTALLY WORTH EVERY SECOND OF YOUR TIME. Trust me.

I have followed Minimalist Baker's blog since the day it started, I seriously have cooked my way trough her blog and books and I am & will always be her greatest fan.... So Dana if you read this: I love you! you really are a super talented cook, photographer, blogger... 

So back to the recipe... I made this muffins the other day and they are so freaking good! It is all made in one bowl, they way I like it: simple, easy, healthy and so darn good!

Liz Moody's Best Healthy Cookie

This is seriously one of the best healthy cookies I have ever made! It is soft and goey on the inside and crunchy on the outside. You HAVE to try them. Plus they are very easy to make, you mix all of the ingredients in one bowl, shape them and bake them for about 10 minutes.  The only thing that I changed is that I reduced the amount of sugar just because I try to educate my taste buds to not like things to sweet, and they came out in my opinion perfect!
